I don't know if a thread has been made about this, but around 2 weeks ago, ApolloDown officially released the source code of his mods for everyone. He says that, "the community has permission to do with this, and all my mods, as they will." I guess that people can reupload the mods here on Nexus.

Thanks, we have since reinstated all of the mods on Apollodown's account that were hidden and moved them to the Nexus Mods Caretaker account.

If other modders make improvements to ApolloDown's mods, would they be able to upload a copy to Nexus? Or would that be calling for a ban? AD himself said that we can do whatever, but it's up to this platform to allow that or not here.

I feel the need to bump the topic, as I've gotten a reply from BigBizkit about the question above. It is entirely possible for other modders to patch ApolloDown's mods.

 

Edit: I also think that it would be ok for people to port his mods to SSE. Maybe DM the Moderators if you want to upload the ports to the SE webpage just in case.
