It appears to be a video card, or game resolution issue tbh I've never looked that closely. My zoom snaps me "into" the characters when I get about half as close. The odd thing is though, that the distortions I saw weren't only on the neck itself, they extended *over* the hair on the left side near the center of her neck. It's related to advanced graphics option at the launcher but i dont know which causing this issue. My guess ssao. I closed all off them and only ticked first one and last one.
