New Vegas crashes on startup

Hello, I'm very new to modding but I studied a bit last week and my modded New Vegas just crashes just when the obsidian logo comes up.

I use Mod Organizer 2 with LOOT and TES5Edit and my New Vegas has every DLCs

This is my load order

Right click the start button select run

type dxdiag and post the first screen and second screen shown.

I need PC hardware specs other than what you posted.

 

Your load order shows you using an ENB, the hardware core is an intel unit. the graphics card may not be running during game launch.

If the mother board is a hybrid type and has an intel graphics chip built in ,that the problem.

 

Suggestion would be remove the ENB series applications every where and test the game directly from steam ...OR GOG which ever your vender was.

the Intel data was the give away.

 

Now if the game does run directly from the veders overlays program and refuses t orun through MO, then you have an ini issues from the ENB install.

 

That means you can't run the enb stuff. the only way to bypass it is very complex editing and registry keys get involved.

The whole machine needs to default on the external graphics card and no an onboard process.

 

IF the motherboard is not graphics enabled, then you have more than 1 issue going on.

During boot time, does your PC reflect Intel graphics or the external card?

in my signature download and install the games for windows live applications

during the setup process if the data games need are not installed? it will tell you

 

go into the games root folder and find any fies that are no vanilla and remove them or use steam verification tools to replace them

I want you to go into steam and run the game from that point first after you verify the integrity of the files. Make sure the game is ok first

then we can sort out the mess there

Before i forget. Go into the user my document folder and drags the game saved game folder to the desktop, in the document folder delete all files currently stored there

when you launch the game from steam, it will generate new ones

Then I ran the game on steam not on MO2 and the game loads just fine but when I click continue and the game went to the loading screen

It's stuck there on the loading screen and didn't go anywhere so I pressed Alt Tab and it just froze.
