ignorance Posted May 31, 2020 Share Posted May 31, 2020 you should be able to make companions be like nobles with grant fief mod afaik, which will make that be able to raise armies and such, but for quite some time its been very problematic to be a ruler rather than a vassal due to some bugs that made nobles rejoin their old faction, but i think they are in the process to correct this atm if not done already, iam not totally sure so dont take my word for it, but with grant fiefs its your companions that becomes noble and yours would be their only faction, so thats one problem less being a ruler, and i really think it makes them act like normal nobles as mentioned before.the mod grant fief have had some time where it didnt work, but i think it might have been updated lately but you would have to see for yourself.
