Illusion bug - in urgent need of a solution

So I have realized that in my characters, Illusion spells such as Courage and Call to Arms appears to make all factions (specifically ones tied to crime combatance, i.e. Companions and Whiterun Guards) hostile upon casting. I have checked multiple mods as well as the npcs affected using SSEEdit. Only mod that affects Call to Arms is USSEP. I tried individually disabling Immersive Citizens, Immersive Patrols, Better Vampires, AFT, Wildcat, even USSEP. Nothing seems to work. If anyone more skilled than I could help me, I would be beyond appreciative. I have a dragon to fight, and guards to buff. Below is my load order:
