Decals (bloody wounds) sometimes cause white flashing squares in certain angles. Fixed if either HDR or AA is turned off

Managed to took some screenshots. It only appears for an instant then disappears, and appears again when I attack the corpse/change the camera.

Another user experienced the same issue inFallout 4, I'm posting the link so that you may observe the issue in a better way. Mine isn't that persistent though, it just flickers and that's it.

It says "17", but I'm using MO2 so I don't know if there should be any difference since it has it's own files.

The good news is, I think I fixed the problem!

EDIT: NO I DID NOT!!!

Update: God damn it I thought I solved the issue, but it looks I just deactivated decals... Blood was still active though. When I maxed decal settings the issue was ever more present.

Soo anyone here with an AMD card knows a fix?

Your best bet is to submit a bug report to your card vendor and wait for a driver update. Note AMD produces the video chip, but each manufacturer/vendor of the adapter card is responsible for actual implementation (under license). They are the ones who will pressure AMD to provide a solution if it is chip related, or they will have to develop one "in-house" to fix their implementation.

This is something I haven't seen in a *long* time, back when I played the games on a Studio One-19, a mac-like all-in-one Vista pc.

It's some weird interaction with Anti-Aliasing that causes the bloom/hdr effect to go out of control.

The Fallout 4 example is the same thing, out of control bloom lighting. (Though it happens for different reasons, caused by the game itself.)

There's one pixel on the very edge of the character that for some reason sends the bloom effect in to overdrive.
