I'm afraid I don't know. I suspect an advert was accepted into rotation by the ad provider that shouldn't have been. That's only a guess though.

Just happened to me again. Here is a better report:

 

Let us know what anti-malware/adware/virus software you have on your PC and ensure you've run a scan that returns clean before reporting the ad to us:
Avast, Malwarebytes.

The date and time you saw this ad:
2020-06-07 at 12:41.

The URL of the page you were on at the time: https://www.nexusmod...mspecialedition

Your general location:
Stockholm area, Sweden.

A good description of what is happening that makes you think this is a bad ad:
After a few seconds I get redirected to a fake/scam site. Apparently, I have won some kind of prize (never heard that one before...).

Same here. Being redirected to: https://eu.generatio...5b7f/index.html

Makes the website unusable.
