agc93 Posted May 31, 2020 Share Posted May 31, 2020 Just wanted to drop this here in case anyone else finds it useful or needs an alternative to the excellent modmeta-db for some reason. I've put together a basic .NET Core-based server that works as a standalone ModMeta API: the ModMeta Relay. Using plugins to retrieve metadata from anywhere, the server should work with Vortex's metaserver functionality to enrich metadata for non-Nexus mod sources. To be clear, this isn't a replacement for modmeta-db, but an alternative for anyone else looking to implement extra metadata sources (or if you just prefer C# :laugh: ). The source is all on GitHub at agc93/modmeta-relay and there's even some basic docs available. Hopefully it saves someone some effort/frustration!
