[Mod request] Remove upgrade music

Hi everyone,

 

I have seen quite a lot of mods that remove certain sound effects/music from the game and the one that bugs me the most is the one when you go into your perk menu if you have a perk point to spend.

 

I use the perk manager mod (great mod by the way) and I'm going in and out of the perk menu rather often and every time I do I get a little snippet of the "you have an upgrade point" music which is really annoying.

 

Hopefully some kind sole can whip this together.
