Does the file offered also give the thing you need?

If so, edit out what you don't want and you have what you seek.

I made something here .not sure if it will "uncap" the specials or not.

At the beginning of the game, it's set for 30 .30 to you = 10

I set it to 50 but you can't set it to zero.

 

I do understand the leveling up thing ,a perk cause a cascade of sorts that just won't quit if you pick it.

But I'll leave the GECK open here at this station until I hear back from you.

 

the setting deals with the baby skill book. I am thinking if we increase that? maybe it will start you out higher.

I doono. I never made a cheat crack for the game. How ever FWE has something I saw that kinda of uncorks specials I guess ?

 

in game it shows the -23 or higher number above the skill sets.

The other features are optional. Just use the uncapped stats, and you are all set.
