Did Armor Does Something broke my game?

I'm in a tournament and the damage i'm doing with a sword is 8-16, 35 damage absorbed.

Even a hit to the head only damage a little and it feels like my sword is a wooden sword smacking a tree trunk. Sometimes the enemy only flinch and counter attacked me.

My armor is not bad bud they're not absorbing the same amount as the enemy.

 

What can i do to fix this?
