I am using a mod that allows crafting of ammo variants that you couldn't otherwise craft, such as 5.56mm Armor Piercing, 5.56mm Hollow Point, etc. The only issue is that the mod requires you to have the hand loader perk to work, which I found odd. I wanted to make the requirement be more about skills than needing a perk, so I want to add the Guns and Explosives requirement to the ammo, but I can't figure out how to add another skill requirement, only replace it with another. For examples, I want 5.56mm Armor Piercing to require both Repair and Guns, and .50 MG Explosive to require Repair, Guns, AND Explosives. Is this possible?
I know this might be better with the GECK but I'm just more familiar with FNVEdit and never needed the GECK for anything before.
