ImmortalAbsol Posted June 4, 2020 Share Posted June 4, 2020 If the Evacuation alarm is triggered there are a set of conditions that allow a chance for some scientists and synth gorrilas to spawn as refugees. I would like to see this made certain and expanded.If you set the evacuation you get the unique settlers, for sure.I would also like more innocents and indifferents to be included, residents and children, the two synth vendors to be tier 4 workshop vendors, Eve the experimental prototype, Madison Li if she is still there for you, and anyone attempting to fight for good/change from within the Institute.
