Dunnie97 Posted June 14, 2020 Share Posted June 14, 2020 Experiencing an issue with Vortex (potentially with Nexus mods in general). For most of the past 8 hours I've been unable to download any mods from the nexus through vortex. The mod appears in the download list but it either gets stuck on pending with no file size listed or it says the download is complete and ready to install but when I go to install I get an error message saying "Archive is broken: ERRORS: Unexpected end of archive" Anytime I try to manually download a mod the download fails halfway and Google Chrome gives a network error as the reason. Chrome is working and I can download games and mods through Steam but Vortex and the Nexus seem to be broken for me. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
HadToRegister Posted June 15, 2020 Share Posted June 15, 2020 Have you tried changing your download server?Go to "My Profile" click on "Nexus Profile" then Click on your Avatar and pick "Site Preferences" then Expand "Premium Membership Preferences" and pick "Preferred Download Location"Good lord, that's buried deep enough to where I almost couldn't find it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
