That is the executable that launches the Bethesda Softworks game Skyrim. According to the mod description page, and I quote "This mod does not have any known dependencies other than the base game." The game seems to run quite ok without it but if it is a master perhaps I should install it?Help as usual always appreciated!EricIt seems you have posted your question in the wrong forum, because this forum is for Fallout 4 and to my knowledge, despite for not playing Fallout 4, Skyrim has a Skyrim.esm while Fallout 4 does not have Skyrim.esm. Anyway, to answer your question just drop the mod into the Skyrim\Data folder then activate the esp via the Skyrim Launcher and start Skyrim.
