Lack of Mod Merger

you can merge them manually. It isn't all too difficult for most mods. For example the mod to remove perk restriction simply deletes the perk restrictions from the XML. Just do that to the original file and done. Want to make it to where you can repair items at 0 durability. Add a line to the RPGparam.xml and done. Many mods add simple fixes like that which you can do yourself with little experience. Remember if you manually mod an XML you will need to make a blank tbl file, simply use notepad and save as a .tbl and replace the original. Also when you have mods like perkaholic and more perks it is a little more complicated, but you can find the associated perks note the perk ids search for them in the various XML files and delete the identical ones I believe they were firm grip and I forget the other. once those are deleted just cut the perks out and place them in the other file in their appropriate places.

Lastly, and unrelated. If a mod stops working due to an update check the manifest file and if it has a line called "supported version" like 1.9.4 or 1.9.5 simply change it to 1.9.* or deleted the whole supported version lines. Note you do not need to modify the "version" line that's simply informational.
