Help! Hostile Westside Citizenry/Guards

So, I was doing the Abba Dabba Honeymoon quest and encountered issues wiwth the fiends in the vault being hostile despite passing the speech check, so I did the following two commands;

player.SetPCEnemyOfFaction 000EF323 0

+

player.AddToFaction 000EF323 1

The issue is, after I completed the quest and turned those back to the defaults, it seems that at the very least I'm still hostile to Westside! Any way to fix this? Or am I gonna have to avoid westside (and other areas like north vegas, perhaps) like the plague?
