I've lived with them since day one, (~feb 2019), but recently it's become annoying, since I'm spending so much time around Whiterun. (just started a new game a few days ago). fwiw it's an NVidia GeForce 1060SC 6G card, win10 pro latest release, 3.6GHz 9700k, 64G primary ram. game is obviously Skyrim SE Maybe a game ini setting or there's some Nvidia 3D setting?... idk, I'm clueless I'll be the first to admit.
