Need advice from fellow Film Workshop users on a nighttime problem

Wondering if someone could help me please. I decided recently to switch from PRC Ultimate to Film Workshop as I really love the look it gives my game. Especially with camera stocks I chose. Problem is while the daytime looks great and so do interiors the nighttime not so much. It's almost pitch black. Now i tried increasing the Night brightness with NAC and that does help alleviate some of the issues where I can see my surroundings some. The problem still remains that character models and such are way too dark unless i'm shining the pip-boy flashlight right on them. Does anyone have some tips on how I can fix the nighttime please? Cause I really love Film Workshop and my only recourse is to possibly go back to PRC and this is basically the last thing I've been trying to fix for my 2020 modlist.

I use NAC for exterior lighting and weather

Ultra Interior Lighting for interiors

Film Workshop camera stocks:

Prolochrome P4450 Experimental

Kodak Vision Color Print 2393 (D65)
