help. mod issue willing to tip bec im going nuts

i got some mods very few it was working ok, then got more after removing some and getting new ones my character is stuck like they dont move they are postured as if they about to get body padded. and thats that they dont do any animation like draw sword or even jump they just stay in that position please help

although i did download fnis but removed it and other mods but i removed them all cuz they seems to complicated. i feel like evryting is working well bec i see the tropical part and the alternate start works well its just non one moves. the npcs talk but they dont move and everyone is stuck at the t pose the arms are bent 45* from shoulder and the legs a little spread out. something about the animation screwed up the game so far

Your problem is from installing then removing FNIS.
FNS has to do with the Animations.
