I got tired of trying to beat the Kayran after dying a billion times and downloaded the Kill Kayran saved game from the nexus witcher website. Got the Kayran Killed/Arayan Alive/Dead folders put into the witcher 2 saved games in documents. There did not appear to be anything to unzip. Started game and found in the new game area. It states Witcher 1 saves unavailable. then underneath states character settings will not be imported. I have no idea what that means. Any help would be appreciated as I love the game and just want to get past the Kayran at this point. I downloaded what i thought was a mod as well new to the sight and it was this particlaur "mod" that I was interested in However it has the extenshion saved games. From what i have seen this is not actually a mod but a saved game for someone who uploaded there kayran game and the person posting the " kayran saved game mod" was posting a finished game for someone . So this is not a mod at all but a saved game for someone else . thus unless you are that person this "mod " which is not a mod will not operate with your pc. All I did was run the game in 800x600 and in windowed mode, beat it in 2 tries.If I have some spare time I will try and help out with some of the saves here. aquarkko Posted June 9, 2016 Share Posted June 9, 2016 (edited) My save (level 10, medium difficulty, 2 talents to distribute, many sidequests solved, some trophies, save from Witcher 1 (helping Scoia'tael), not that much money, Kayran NOT looted - save immediately after killing).
