I only got premium today as I thought it would reprimand this issue... but apparently not.

Just downloaded the files I needed (about 12GB total) in about 30 minutes using my phone's mobile data instead of wifi. No clue what's going on here.

If it worked on your data plan, but not your WiFi, then the problem lies with your ISP.

 

I'm afraid Testra customers in Australia seem to always have problems with downloads. Best thing to do is to report it to them.
