CTDs when trying to interact with certain NPCs

I'm having a vexing problem with immediate crashes-to-desktop when I attempt to interact with certain NPCs; sometimes the attempt isn't even required, only being within range to interact. Sometimes this seems to lead to not even being able to enter a small room cell if an affected NPC is present (unless that is yet another issue entirely). I know that a mod(s) is responsible, but I can't isolate the pattern to narrow it down.

Is there some method I can use to help narrow it down, short of a grueling process of incremental mod disabling? I've tried a bit of that, like disabling Relationshio Dialogue Overhaul and its patches. I don't see anything in SKSE's log or its plugins' logs that ties into the moment this occurs. I haven't re-enabled Papyrus logging yet (the last time I did, it generated almost 4MB of log for 2 minutes of play); should I expect to find a hint in that? I've also use Skyrim Performance Monitor to check VRAM usage, etc., but it's within safe margins and there's no spike just before the crash.

Any time-saving tips would be appreciated.

Can you give me a list of a load order you are using? Knowing all the mods being used would be helpful.

It's a large list! I may not need to beg your indulgence, though... I seem to be making progress. I think I've identified one of the bad actors (pun intended): Bijin Wives/Warmaidens/NPCs/AIO. When I disable those, all is less not-well with the world. I'm confused as to why that matters, because the first thing I did was to replace the body, feet, and hands NIFs with my custom body type, and that alone didn't stop the CTDs. Only eliminating the mod(s) entirely seems to stop the CTDs, so now I need to find out what else I've missed in those packages that could be causing the problem. I don't think textures could cause it, so I'm guessing it must be an issue with the ESP file (only one when the AIO package is used). What else is it conflicting with? I've also been suspicious of the QUASIPC patches involving it, but eliminating QUASIPC (it's getting obsolete) alone also didn't stop the CTDs.

I used to use Bijin but now i use Botox instead.

Thank you for making me aware of that mod (I thought at first you were making a joke). The CTDs stopped when I reinstalled the entire Bijin suite again, but I'm still constructing my desired modded game, so I'll give that one a try instead. It looks to be a more elegant solution.

Addendum: It's perhaps still a little too soon to be certain, but I suspect that swapping the Bijin suite out for a Botox injection might have eliminated that source of CTDs, so thanks.
