SSE Goldenglow Estate Player Home Overhaul

The idea behind this is that the Goldenglow Estate can become a Player home via purchasing it from Maven after the main Thieves Guild quest line has been completed. But it does not only make it a player home, but rather can be upgraded and built upon similar to Hearthfire. My dream for it is that it can become the ultimate Riften home that allows a few major/minor benefits to the player.

 

1) The three islands that make up Goldenglow can be rebuilt into a small fortress style base that allows trading between different shopkeeps and includes a small farm as well.

2) The player can hire guards to protect the estate and can even trigger attacks for fun.

3) The style of architecture and item placement would be a static, yet allows the player to show off their treasures, such as daedric artifacts, the bugs in jars, and all of the other unique items that are in the game.

4) The inside of the house could also be completely changed, not just items, but the actual interior can be completely different (where the walls are located) as well.

5) The theme behind the house is a Thieves Guild master style-esque house that would allow the player to truly feel like a Thief. It would be similar to the Thief player home in Riften Canal created by Elianora on the Skyrim nexus mod page.

I am aware that this would be an extremely difficult and lengthy task to complete, but this idea has not been published or attempted before (to my knowledge) and the land that makes up Goldenglow is prime real estate and has so much potential. I was shocked when I did not see anyone else create this so far.
