Multiple account abuse, endorsement fraud, and misuse of our file upload section.

The user intentionally uploaded a file which contains mods and software belong to others without permission via alternate account to voice an objection to a third party.

Users who create multiple accounts may have any or all of those accounts terminated with other measures being taken to prevent such abuse as appropriate."
