Consistent CTD With Exception Address 0xF53759

Alright so...I think I've hit a road block here. I just picked up Oldrim (Before I realized, after DLC, SSE was actually cheaper. Thank you Bethesda). As the title suggests, with the help of Crash Fixes, I keep getting a CTD consistently in the same area of the game. So, first, let me provide some context as far as my system goes.

SOME NOTES

 

• I've changed this load order a few times throughout the playthrough.
• Crashes only happen in the Skyrim worldspace.
• Crashes only started after I arrived in Ivarstead and went into the Barrow. The one the innkeeper sends you into to investigate the "ghost" residing there. Went in fine but crashes started when I tried to leave. Using the coc command got me out but now I'm suffering the same crash about halfway down from High Hrothgar after first talking to the Greybeards.
