CTD on startup and idk why

So I had it working just fine till today when I added BHUNP and after that my game wont start at all, even when I disable it, it still CTD and im at a loss.

heres my mod list, not sure whats causing the CTD but MO2 doesnt know either

 

would love some insight into whats breaking things

Wild stab in the dark but I'm guessing load order is the culprit. Fire up loot or hit the sort button.
