Unable to set conflict rules for individual files

Since 1.2.18 I have been unable to resolve conflicts between individual files, as the files I manually select are never deployed (despite being shown as conflict winners in the drop-down menu). Instead, files from the most recently enabled mod are apparently deployed all at once. Also, I can no longer open any files by clicking âPreviewâ. The problem persists after installing 1.2.19.

 

Some help would be appreciated.
