I would like to be able to build Sir Archibald's mansion, same as the one used by Evard in the Bright Sands Campaign. I think this should be an easy one as the building already exists in the game. The second is for a small sized clinic to help expand the range of existing hospitals. Something like a two by three about the same size as the fire station.
