Is this because of my mods are conflicting?

I have the following mods downloaded:

The problem is that whenever I open up the console in the game and type showracemenu, for a moment my character looks like this https://ibb.co/XsYxR33 then after 1-2 seconds it becomes this https://ibb.co/SwLHTy3

I would really like to have my character look like the one in the first picture but I have absolutely no idea why is it switching into the other look. Are my mods conflicting? Are they even working? (I took the pictures in different places.Nothing else changes beside my character)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RaceMenu always takes a few moments to process all the overlays (colors, makeup, etc...). So, it is expected that the initial appearance will be different. Basically what is happening is that whatever stock assignment was first assigned appears and then the overlays are processed and appear as necessary.

 

I cannot be certain, but I am thinking that if you re-assign the colors with the slider (i.e. picking stock color values) instead of using RaceMenu's color selection tool, you should get the appearance that you want.

Thank you for the advice, this solved the tone and color of the hair, but the skin, eyes, brows and mouth are still switching back to the other texture so I'm not sure but that's because of some mods maybe?
