KainThePheonix Posted January 14, 2021 Share Posted January 14, 2021 There is now a voice synth utility for Fallout 3, FO4, Skyrim SE and LE. You can download it in the Utilities sections. You should use it, it can sound nearly identical to in game voices too. It was just uploaded 3 to 4 days ago, check it out!https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/24502That is the link to it.
