Game crashing when leaving Ratway?

So I started playing after a month hiatus and returned to the game only to find myself crashing when leaving the Ratway. I'm on the quest The Pursuit, and whenever I try to leave, whether it be through coc or legitimately, I get to the loading screen then the game crashes. I don't know where else to go, so any help is appreciated!

 

I'm playing on a heavily modded game and never encountered this while leaving the Ratway or Thieves Guild.

Edit: I should mention that I am getting no errors on LOOT and I cleaned all my plugins using SSEEdit
