When i enable "ArchiveInvalidation" on Fallout 3 which is required for some mods i get this error in the middle of my screen: https://i.imgur.com/PiC5gRZ.png (zoom in)
I reinstalled Fallout 3 without any mods, enbaled "ArchiveInvalidation" and i still have it, so you can't say a mod is causing that, and i need "ArchiveInvalidation" enabled for the mods im about to install, any help?

That's a mod. A missing or non existent pip texture.

IT 's from possibly the mod your using for the targeting / marker.

List the mod used for the circled type targeter.

I installed this https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/10426

It's Fose related.

Not finding any issues with the mod, so the only thing I can see is a bad install or manager is not allowing the data to install properly.

This is what supposed to be there.

How ever, I updated the file myself so I could show you in real time what it is supposed to look like. Now, it's DXT-1 Not 5.

may not mean anything to you but it's the format type for direct x rendering size / compression.

So it may also be ? if you installed it"fose" version------- I really don't know , depends on where that file you have came from in the first place.

Good luck.
