Monster Hunter world for beginners

I just started playing MHW as the first part. Right now, it's just Coral Highlands but I feel why it's so difficult. Why is it harder than the villagers? While playing Bloodborne for both the main part and the DLC, all the bosses have been asked.

-Armor should be put in the same set or split to get Equipment Skill.

-Armor Now, I use Barroth Set but don't put sphere at all. Intend to take the Rarity out of the ordinary and then wear it

-The kit can't be downgrade to exchange items like weapons. -Weapon mainly use Charge Blade, Dual Blade, Greatsword, but damage is not satisfactory at all. There are tricks to make weapons hit harder

- items to fight. For example, the Barrel Bomb has been added to the item pouch, but can't be chosen. What to do?

- What are the main buff statuses that make it easier to fight bosses? Some don't dare to use, don't craft because of rare ingredients such as demon powder
