Trees, flowers, water pipe(i saw Goodsprings source through wall before i reached) etc... i just modding and testing over and over again. before escaping goodsprings, i've never experienced this issue. but when i walk for a second, floors are distorted and then objects are seen. (a few second, i can see normally. but walking again, problem arising again)

i don't know what's problem.

You need to work on how to describe a problem's symptoms. For instance, the term "modding" could mean either "using mods in my game session" or "creating a mod". When creating a mod plugin file (ESM/ESP), you should only have the absolute minimum vanilla "Fallout.EXE/ESM" files and only those DLC ESMs necessary to your plugin loaded. And the term "mod" actually covers a collection of files, of which only the "plugin" is listed in the "load order" or a mod manager list of "mods". (This is not your fault. It's a historical usage result that has evolved over time, but needs to get pointed out before it can be corrected.) So I am going to assume you are referring to problems with your "play" version of the game.

In this instance I see "Ruby ENB" plugin, which tells me you are using the ENB "post processor". (Don't use a "post processor" when creating a mod plugin as you cannot count on users to have the same one or any, much less the same "presets" as you.) Please see the 'Issue - ENB Transparency or Translucency problem' entry under the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article.

For future reference: We REALLY need to see a "load order" as produced by "LOOT"; to include the main game and DLC files. (Screenshots don't work so well for the purpose.) With modded games its the sequence, not merely the list of mods, which is the cause of many problems. LOOT's sort gives a good first approximation, correcting the most obvious issues and is sufficient for most players. You can make minor adjustments to the order and tell LOOT how to remember them. It's in the on-line documentation under "Metadata". Instructions on how to copy it's list for posting are in the "How to ask for help" article, and "Checklist Item #11' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.
