Could someone help me or give me suggestions?

Hello good afternoon, I have a few questions about stuttering:

1. What kinds of mods can cause stuttering?

2. On the subject of FPS crashes, when turning and looking towards a certain place, what kind of mods would be the culprits? (taking into account that on occasions there is nothing to look at that place, only trees and animals).

I ask these questions because I have many years of using mods in my games (fallout's and Eldelr scroll series), and reaching a certain point and numbers of acceptable installed mods (Do not exceed the number of plugins and mods), in principle when creating a new game, everything is fine but after spending a lot of time and hours of play, I start to have stuttering problems and fps drops when looking at a certain place, and sometimes it is only for a few seconds the fps drops, but then it it does the same with stuttering.

I know that in most cases it is caused by a PC that is not very powerful for a number of mods, both textures and those that add new areas. But my pc is not the case, I always try to install the amount of mods that are acceptable for my pc and that does not affect the issue of fps. It is not a great pc from NASA or 2020, but the current games are decent, my problem was always (from fallout 3 onwards), the issue of stuttering and fps drops when looking at certain places ( and I think it is a topic that many more have).

Anyway ... I just want to know the type or categories (meshes, large texutras, amount of weapons and armor etc?) Of mods that can cause these problems, and it is to do a reevaluation of the amount and types of mods that I have installed to no longer have problems with the topic of stuttering and lag, and to be able to uninstall these mods.

Sorry for my English is not my native language, and any help or suggestion will be appreciated no matter how small.

And sorry for writing so much, I usually don't ask for help because of my English problem, and that I always see comments from other people with my same problem and I see what solutions others give them, but on this occasion I took my pain and came to ask for help to know what is my error when installing mods (taking into account that I have followed nexus user mod list guides in some occasions). But as the saying goes, "the one who does not ask is more foolish than the one who asks.

Note: To clarify, I have installed the popular mods for those problems SSE Engine Fixes, SSE FPS Stabilizer etc ... and still it gives me problems and I suspect it is a mod in specific or specific quantity, I have moments I have achieved a list of stable mods without problems but unfortunately I forget which ones I have installed at that time.

My list of mods in terms of quantity: 777 (textures, esp, meshes, animations, hud etc)
- esm - esp: 236
- Esl: 193
- Total: 429

In Fallout NV I have a very minimal amount of mods and I have those stuttering, lag and fps drop issues.

HD texture packs, the more pixels it has the more it needs power from the gpu, mods that increase graphical settings, most of all those that improve shadow quality, mods that increase drawing distance and increases foliage like more grass etc are heavy on your gpu. CPU handles calculations like if you have lots of scripts running around, or lots of npc characters doing complex tasks.

Thanks friend, I have looked at my mod list and most of the textures are 2k and some 4k, my gpu is a 4gb rx570 and I think it is too much for my gpu.

I will download texture at 1k, as for the scripts, I have many (and for the translations more are added), mod that adds people mmm, only OBIS Special Edition and one that adds more bandit camps, the rest is aesthetic for the vanilla characters (new hairstyle, textures etc. example, Men fo Winter).

I have mod that add more fauna that are the most popular in nexus (SIC, SKY TETST, SKYRIM BIRDS ETC ..).

Thanks for the suggestion.
