So that means, for whatever reason, PayPal haven't released the funds to us yet. Once they do you'll get upgraded straight away. The following shows on your payment: We need to do a quick security check to make sure <redacted name> logged in to send you money. Your £49.99 GBP payment will show as "On hold" for 24 hours after you receive this email. I assume it will automatically upgrade in 24 hours time but if it does not then please get back in contact.
