before someone chimes in saying Chinese power armor isn't lore friendly. the fallout bible states that after the USA deployed suits China rushed to deploy their own models but lagged behind. not that they didn't make any suits at all. so well wide spread use of power armor wasn't a thing China likely had a few functional suits with limited deployment by the end of the war even if they weren't up to par with the T51.

and yes the bible isnt technically canon but it was written by the leads of fallout 2 in relation to background lore so if nothing in an official game contradicts it id say it counts

Well this is based on Fallout 76, debatable on if that's canon or not lol.
