Combat issues/ load order help

For some reason I don't seem to be able to decap enermies. I enjoy a good bit of gore in my games.

 

I'm sure I've screwed as I've kinda bumbled my way through modding over many hours.

 

Please take a look at my mod list (may be a good laugh) and any feedback would be very welcome!

I don't see anything particularly alarming, but I'm not all that great at analyzing load order list.

 

However, I would ask this: what level are you? I've had to start over from scratch three times now, (game updates and resultant dead game saves) and also have two players (one female, one male) In each case, I wasn't able to decapitate until I reached ? level 50 or so (can't pin a hard number on it, but it seems to be around level 50+).

 

In fact, on the current play, my female (upper 40s) and male (lower 30s) are still not decapitating yet, although I do seem to be getting more aggressive kill animations for my female now, so I expect decapitations to happen soon.

Thank you for taking the time. I'm level 15, however I a moment ago I spent some perk points in single handed and that got me a decap! I was just concerned it wasn't going to happen. I had lost sight of the basics of the game! Many thanks!!

Lucky you. My female is level 51, she has *most of the single-handed perks (hmm she doesn't have axes or maces yet though) and has not yet done a decapitation.

PS> just got my first decapitation last night @ level 52 while dual wielding a dagger ® and axe (L)

 

Note that I had perked mace and axe in single-handed (I don't have ordinator or any of the other skill tree boosters installed) prior to receiving the new ability.
