Two handed weapon equip system like in Skyrim possible?

Good evening everybody!

 

Because I am planning to "remake" skyrim in Fallout4, I have the following question:

 

Would it be possible to implement a "two handed" weapon equip system into Fallout 4, like in Skyrim?

So you could equip something in your left hand and something else in your right hand.
