I've a got a level 55 character that is stuck in at the Bloodlet Throne. When I mean stuck there I mean any save I make in that area loads fine but if I fast travel and save anywhere else in Skyrim and try and load that save I CTD on that load. I have had some stuff happen during Skyrim plays but this takes the cake for me. Anyone else have something like this happen?

Sorry, if you want people here to help you, we need more information: A load order would be helpful, also some information on what mods you installed last.

Just a wild guess: Did you install the BSA version of  "Cleaned Skyrim SE textures" recently? While the "loose files" version seems to work, I got very similar problems (just with a different location) with the BSA one. In my case I couldn't leave a custom player home anymore...

Woohoo, that's a hell of a load order... You got a lot of the really big mods, new lands, lots of script heavy stuff, lots of new NPCs, a plethora of patches for patches of patches... No offense, but I'd never put something like this together and expect it to work. IMHO, that's a clear case of "mod overload". There is a point when the game simply can't handle too many mods any more.

Maybe you'll have to decide which mods you really NEED and cut down on that load order a bit (or rather a bit more).

Have you already installed one of the (IMHO almost mandatory) "fixes" mods:

SSE Engine fixes or SSE fixes? If not, that's the first thing I'd try. In fact, you can even use both together.

If these "fixes" don't help, unfortunately there isn't much i can do for you.

Looking at your load order, I don't see anything obvious. OFC it's almost impossible to check all those patches. It's quite easy to make a mistake with them. Also, you don't need "modern brawl bug fix", it is already included in Apocalypse and Ordinator. I'm also wondering about your bashed patch positioned quite "high" in your load order. But all that most likely won't cause corrupted saves. I still think this is simply "too much of everything".

Your load order looks okay. And yep, such a short list of mods shouldn't cause issues.  So, TBH, I don't really have an idea here...

Thankfully, your load order is short enough to simply test the good old fashioned way. Uninstall mods one by one in your mod manager and test if you can start the game. Maybe you can find the "culprit" this way.
