vortex crashes upon start?

i launch vortex, and it loads fine. As soon as vortex actually loads up, it crashes to desktop, and a error message pops up for a slight second. So fast i cant read anything. Just does it constantly, I reinstalled it and no dice. Not sure what the problem is as i dont have any lead on the problem, because there is no way to read the error message. any ideas??

all i can make out is something about LOOT thats it. still no fix or any leads

i took a video on my phone and after some bs finally got to read the message. the LOOT userlist C;\user\myname\appdata\roaming\vortex\skyrimse\userlist.yaml cant be read. i would post the file but i dont believe i can. would appreciate some help please.

or would there be a way to restore the file somehow? i did see an option on the error message, but as the message instantly poofs there is nothing i can do i dont believe. going to see if there is a way

well i fixed it. eventually after trying a few things that didnt work i deleted my master list and everything located near it. didnt even have any mods downloaded so i have no idea how it happened at all. but its fixed now, just had to initialize vortex and im good. wth
