Kenshi Dialogue mod merging (hippity hopity,Dialogue plus and Dialogue expansion project)

Yo I am trying to merge the Dialogue plus, expansion project and Hippity hopity to add alot of variety but would i be wasting time doing this ?.

As is there already a way to get all spoken dialogue added from these mods through load order priority or if not any pointers on how to help if I am to merge them.
