Bashed patch skyrim

So I need help with a bashed patch... I open wyre bash, did the bashed patch cuz I thought it would give me less CTDs but it just made it worse, after doing the bashed patch, some of my mods like my ethereal elven Overhaul mod and fnis 360 walking mod,I have to deactivate and activate it when I start playing and getting CTDs more when i try to load saves, when I try to load saves sometimes, the game crashes which wasn't like that before.. And when I try to load it again it works, it just made my game unstable

Then I deleted it which ruined my latest save, so I did it again but this time I did it again but this time I ran wyre bash through mo2(forgot to do that the first time) and did the bashed patch with ALl my mods, cuz the first time I did it, it couldn't see mods I installed through mo2, after doing it now with all my mods.. My latest save doesn't work, so I loaded an older one which worked for unknown reasons and I started playing but I still get CTDs when I try to load old saves thar I just saved like a second ago, but when I try to load it again, it open fine, and some of my mods aren't working....

Did I make a mistake by doing the bashed patch with all my mods, or should I have done it with mod that alter level list(don't know what that means, I'm a noob) and how can I fix this cuz my game was better before this stupid bashed patch

Pls explain in detail

You made a bashed patch with Wrye Bash, then tried to load a game that you had saved before you ever made a bashed patch.

That's why it's crashing

YOu can't just make and remove bashed patches in the middle of a game and expect your Save to be unaffected.

You're corrupting/ruining all of your save games by experimenting.

If you make a bashed patch Start a New game, because loading a save game won't work.

I didn't load an old save after the bashed patch, I loaded my normal last save then I played and some of my mods weren't working probably because I didn't use mo2 to open wyre bash so it didn't add the mods that I installed with mo2, and I was also getting ctd whenever I save and try to reload a save like if I die, it crashes and I have to run the game again, so I exited the game and deleted the patch and after that my last save before I exited wasn't working anymore(it crashed when I try to load it), I did a backup of the bashed patch before I deleted it, so this time I opened it through mo2 and it saw all my mods including the ones that are installed with mo2, and I rebuilt the patch and it works but I still get crashes occasionally when I try to load a save manually like without dying, and also should I add armor, body(unp), animation mods like fnis to bashed patch cuz my face mod doesn't work after the bashed patch Edited by YungPadawan

And to be clear, I never removed any bashed patch in the middle of a game, I always exited before messing with mods

Oh good lord, I didn't mean you removed a mod WHILE YOU WERE PLAYING THE GAME.

I meant that you removed or added a bashed patch to a game that you had already played previously, and had a bunch of saves for.

You can't do that.

To be even more LITERAL

1. You play a game for 12 hours without a bashed patch, you save your game, and you quit out of the game.

2. You make a bashed patch, and add it to your load order,

3. You load the game, and expect your savegame that you made from BEFORE you made the bashed patch, to magically load.

You can't do that.

You can't just save your game, quite the game, then "Mess with mods", then start the game, and expect the game you saved to work with the new mods you just added or removed from your load order.

So how am I supposed to do a bashed patch and play my game if I can't load my latest save after I do it, how am I supposed to continue playing from where I stopped... I don't want to start a new game and begin from level 1
