The store mod where NPC's visit it and you can have items just for display. There is a lot more. I've been searching for days. Also, I need a working mod that makes rare armor and weapons rare. I have piles and piles of rare armor and weapons. Now that i'm at a high level, they pop up all the time. In oblivion, daedra now have armor everytime. ARG! The mods I'v downloaded crash oblivion.
