This glitch happens without any Light/weather mod enabled, and any of those do fix the issue. Actually, I got the problem fixed installing Dynamic Shadows (At least the torches one), but when I started downloading more mods I found out the problem was back. I thought that maybe changing Skyrimprefs.ini parameters could help, but since I haven't seen any case like mine (Completely broken, not just blocky shadows) I doubt that's the problem.
