phoenixpoint Cheaper soldiers, deadlier combat

I thought I'd just throw this out for any modders to mull over if they're of a like mind. I was thinking about what change I'd like to see in the game and the main thing I came up with was to have it more like the original in that soldiers should be cheaper and die more often. Not that it should be impossible for some to survive the whole war, but that it should be impossible for all of them to survive the whole war.
