Gibberish lines, guardes occasionally speaking in Russian

I hope no one opened a similar thread before me, I did not find anything...

Also English is not my first language so I hope I will explain myself clearly.

 

I had my game in Russian a few years ago, I reinstalled it in English and I play in English now.

I have a few problems:

 

1. Several weapons and armour are named in gibberish (for example, steel weapons. leather armour...)

 

 

2. Some followers have their dialogue lines in gibberish as well (the ones to say goodbye, exchange stuff, command).
Not all followers are like this, the ones I noticed are Ahtar from Solitude and Teldryn Sero. Also, Grelka the merchant in Riften has a line like this.

selecting the gibberish lines does nothing, the NPCs stand in place and stare with their mouth open. I then have to press tab to exit the dialogue.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Guards will speak in Russian sometimes. usually when I pass near them, when I will talk to them they will switch in English.

 

What I tried:

I have reinstalled my game several times, to different folders (tried both on disc C and D), the problem still presists.
This happens in new saves too.

 

I play Legendary edition (version 1.9.32.0.8 )

I now tried a new save without mods -> the problem is solved!

 

So it's something with my mod setup.

What kind of mods can do problems with text? I sorted my load order with LOOT, looks okay

I use Mod Orginizer so my mods aren't in my Skyrim/Data folder. Maybe they have incompatible interaction between each other?
