  Edit: some files are ok somehow? i get fullspeed on some small ones but not all.

  maybe its the cf-files links that are fast. which appear to be on cloudflare.

  The strangeest thing is it looks to be limited by your servers, i can download 3-4 mods at once all at my max ( 500 kbps ish )

  but even when only downloading one it doesnt go higher. to me this looks like throttling.

I'm sorry to hear about your issues. Regrettably, Tesltra is an ISP that is known to have a very bad connection to all our servers. I'm not sure why the routing through them is so bad but we get a lot of reports about it. You may be able to get a better speed using a VPN, if you have access to one?

 

Otherwise I'm afraid the best you can do is report the fault to Tesltra and see if they can investigate it.

Without over complicating things, to get a file from a web server somewhere in the world to your PC involves that file passing through hundreds of difference servers and cables. Think of it like a water supply. If some of the pipes are small, damaged or very far away it will mean that you get your water in a slow trickle from that source.
