Having played this game for hours, there is ONE THING that is sorely missing: a jeweler who buys necklaces and rings.

 

There are too few merchants who purchase these and you accumulate quite a lot of them through normal play-through and forging/enchanting.

 

Having one specialized jeweler merchant in the Noble quarter makes sense.
